Basically mate as full packers, yes.

All pasture fed too! They only had access to grain last 2 months I believe... I'm sitting here at the office this morning finding it very hard to concentrate because I know this bad boy is waiting for me in Bangalow.... 3pm flight can't come soon enough!

Expect some DD mate.

I couldn't tell you retail pricing to be honest (because I don't know it), it would be best to get in contact with a retailer for availability, because availability is the issue right now! It is very limited (this is literally the 2nd beat that has been done) ... where are you located?

In Sydney, I usually get my stuff from Pryde's meats and they are pretty good with getting stuff in by request so I can hope they can get it :)

Sydney no problems.... It will come through Nicholson & Saville though as that's who distributes for RGFM in Sydney. Best to go straight to the source ;) yell out if you need any help with it mate.

WOW!! I thought this might be the case. You my friend find yourself in a unique place. Only the second animal slaughtered and you get both briskets!! Making BBQ history

I'm glad you have been entrusted with them though. I know you will cook them with the reverence and respect such an event deserves and you will be with good company who also understand the significance of the occasion

And by that I mean a few crazy BBQ rebels carryin' on and having a blast and cooking up a storm!!!

Do N&S do any retail though? Or do you mean just ask my butcher to order through them?
