Recently opened in Sydney; http://www.rangersbbq.com.au/ - sorry, they do Texas-style catering and operate a food truck, not a restaurant.

If up on the Goldy, X Texan Joel's food is definitely the business. Huge self made offset on trailer and cooks most Saturdays PM at this Miami market. Get there early as it goes quick! https://www.facebook.com/miamimarketta

In Sydney for a few days and keen to try a local bbq joint. From looking around a few of the places in this thread are no more so looks like a pick from Surly's, Fat Ruperts, Vic's Meat Market or Oxford Tavern. Any preferences from locals? Or some other place?

Also keen to get a good look at a ProQ gravity fed smoker for a possible build project, believe BBQAroma is my best bet for a good shop??
