Im pretty excited as our teams sponsors and 2016 setup is coming together.

This year we get to attend 4 events

30/01 Sydney BBQ Festival - http://theyaks.sydneybarbecuefestival.com.au/
06/02 Melbourne BBQ Festival - http://theyaks.melbournebarbecuefestival.com.au/
02/04 Blues and BBQ Festival Port Mac - http://www.bluesandbbq.com.au/
??/10 Creekside BBQ Festival Victoria - http://thecreeksidehotel.com.au/creekside-bbq-battle/

So far there are a number of projects ive completed for the events

- Foil/Butcherspaper Dispencer - viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2756
- Alleblak Gravity Fed Smoker - viewtopic.php?f=54&t=1565
- Portable Wash Station - viewtopic.php?f=54&t=2031

we are also super pumped about the sponsors we have on board this year that help us make this all happen

- Heatbeads - http://www.heatbeads.com.au/
- Diemens Hot Sauce - http://www.diemens.com.au/
- Buffalo Trace - http://www.buffalotrace.com/
- Iron Bark BBQ - http://ironbarkbbq.com.au/

We as a team have learnt a lot over the 3 years we have competing and have decided that aligning ourselves with the same mission statement as the Aussie Pitmasters forum is what we want to do going forward.
By partnering up with Fantastic sponsors not only are we able to attend more events but we are also able to showcase products that very closely align themselves with our idustry.

Aussie Pitmasters would like to welcome all teams as well as forum members and patrons into our tent to interact with us and share a beveridge and maybe a snack.
Look out for us at the events listed above and please come by and say hello.
We will have some chairs setup for you to get out of the sun/rain and just relax

Very professional Beaver, you are to be congratulated.

You have promoted low n slow and helped bring it front and centre.

Almost inspired me to become a cheerleader at your events however I figure if I fronted up in a short skirt with some pom poms it might lower the professional standards you have set. (-:

Good luck and above all enjoy the competition journey this year and beyond.

Go Aussie Pitmaster's Team! Oi Oi Oi!

Thanks champ!!
We figured that there were so many cooks way more talented than ourselves we should focus on whatelse we could bring to events.

We are helping a japanese team attend the melbourne bbq festival.
I know edgy has done the same with 2 teams from the states!!!

This is why i love this community. Its not just me with the same drive to share/help

Please place a "reserved" sign on one of those chairs for me.
I'll be getting to the Melbourne festival even if I'm in traction.
What time is the last hand in? Would be nice to visit everyone after the chaos. Couldn't properly chat at the last one, as I didn't want to annoy anyone.

Floodys we will bring about 8 chairs with us and its unlikely that we will be sitting during the day.
We are happy for people not to leave, whats the point of an event if people dont leave having enjoyed it and/or learnt something.

At night other teams will hopefully join us. We will have the ozpig butning away and making coffee and drinks to pass around.
Should be a couple of great events
