Nope, never heard of it, but with meats at only $5/100gm it'll be interesting to see how it goes!

Tried it today

Probably a fair shot at being the most impressive looking bbq style restaurant in Melb. It is HUGE ie a converted warehouse. Meat (brisket) was light on smoke but very juicy

Yeah, it was a decent feed.. Plus a lengthy beer option menu...

Went with the 3ppl at $22 deal.. (Plus 2 chicken wings)

Nice brisket, great spice on the bark, good mouth feel..
Pulled pork was really nice.. Happy with the huge serving too!
Pork ribs were decent to eat, but not huge by any standard..

Sides:
Coleslaw: 8/10
Potato Salad 7/10
Mac & cheese ?/10*
* never had it before, was nice enough.. ?

Chicky wings were "southern fried" tasty with a good spice mix. (No photo)

Overall, really good place to eat some BBQ.. Nothing too americanised, just nice food!
Kid friendly for those in need of that.

Heaps of on street parking.. Small faux grass courtyard - perfect for a summer evening.

** note, their smoker isn't on show, didn't as what they're cooking with..**

If you're in the area, worthy of a visit..

:)

Bummer that I used to work in the same block, but now it's in the opposite direction to where I live. Hope the place does well.
