Yeah man, that's it! A barbecue that makes pellets from a log as your cooking! It might be a bit noisy though!

... With the pellet consumption, my bbq is very good, in my case it's a whole bunch of reasons why I use a bit... I run my bbq as much as I can, I like walking outside and smelling that sweet smell of good quality flavour wood smoke! Any excuse is qood enough for me to fire it up! Also if the Mrs is gonna make pastas, or lasagne or even a curry, nothing tastes better than yesterday's left over bbq meats thrown in! Never just cook for for today when firing up the pit! All the effort and work is done running the pit, i throw in whatever I find in the freezer and we always end up with 3 days worth of food... The bbq meat, plus the left overs get stretched out with heaps of rice in a curry, or with pasta..

BBQ tastes sooooo much better the next day!

Run your pit like it's stolen! Cause one day you'll find yourself eating a lentil soup and you'll think, now only if I had thrown in this or that in the pit the other day I could be eating that instead!... If all else fails I'll drive past the super market and throw in a couple of chooks for $8 and figure it out tomorrow night
