Apparently this is the pepper sieve size of choice in Texas in many cases. Anyone solved how to obtain at a reasonable price in oz?

That one in the link will work if your stuck ^^

I go to a middle eastern spice shop and buy a 250g bag for about $10.00 it seems to be the best I can do at the moment.

There is a pepper I've been buying from queen Vic market from the Asian groceries place. Has been perfect.

Looked into it more. Oasis bakery sells 16/24 mesh pepper in bulk. McCormick coarse pepper is 20 mesh which is also a good size

Green Valley spices can help you out. I've seen them at paddys market in Sydney. Apparently they're also on the gold coast and melbourne.

Not sure if you'd go crushed or granules.
