What's the safest way to empty a 90lt lpg tank? Can anyone help?

LPG will always flow to the lowest point and will dissipate fairly quickly. avoid drains etc.
ps: I'm no expert. I'm sure you could take it to a depot for them to drain it for you. One that does tank testing.

Don't. If you need it for a project, try and get an empty one from most Gas Suppliers. They will knock out the valve and usually drill the base to stop it ever being used.

If you do decide to empty it yourself, when done, carefully remove the valve and fill it with water before taking to it with any form of cutting tool.
