as of Monday the 03/01/2014 we will be able to supply all members whom order ahead and mention Aussie Pitmasters with this amazing brisket.

here is what you can expect
briskets will range from 2.5-3.5 kg's at this stage, we are awaiting arrival and will let you know.
from my experience there is little trim loss (probably about 15-20%)
the intramuscular fat makes this cut very forgiving unlike smaller/leaner briskets avaliable elsewhere
the fact that this is a grassfed head of cattle is crazy considering the fat content
