$125 per person gets you an afternoon with Brett
This is an introductory class in to the world of BBQ Low & Slow
Learn about the ultimate BBQ meats - The Brisket & the Boston Butt
You will be taught about the cuts, how to prepare the cuts and then how to cook them on Charcoal or the Yoder Pellet grill.
You will each get a portion of meat to practice on and take home to cook yourself.
On the day, you will finish with a BBQ lunch of Brisket and Pulled Pork cooked by the team at Berties
