As some of you may already know, I will be coming over to cook Low & Slow at "Top Shelf Show" in MELBOURNE on next Sunday the 9th of February.

Image

Where: The Royal Exhibition Building, 9 Nicholson Street, Carlton, VIC 3053

Time: Sunday 9th February 11am-6pm ( please note: Monday is for Trade only )

http://www.topshelfshow.com.au/

We have some of the members from Pitmasters Forum coming to help us cook so it should be loads of fun.

There is an entry fee of $25.00 on line or $30.00 on the day, sorry about that. Bookings here for those of you wishing to come along: http://www.trybooking.com/Booking/BookingEventSummary.aspx?eid=67553

Here is a link to an offer, $12 instead of $25 entry: http://www.travelzoo.com/au/local-deals/melbourne/Other/98541/Food-And-Beverage-Media

I also have 2 free tickets for entry on the Sunday for the first 2 members who PM me with their postal address

We will be serving up Pulled Pork Rolls, Beef Ribs & Pork Ribs slow cooked on our Offset Smoker & handing out samples of Direct Flame Grilled Hanger Steak seasoned with Tatonka Dust straight off our Pellet Grill :D

If you come along, make sure to come up & say "Hi"

Cheers, Dave

Silly question (and don't mean to jinx it) but if the days were called a total fire ban would that have an effect on you guys?

raband, it is possible to perform cooking dueing fire danger or total fire ban days if you apply for the appropriate permit.
