This was my first smoked pulled pork in my new weber kettle. Low n' slow for 12 hours using weber igrill2 thermometer with ambient and meat probes.
Just wanted to share [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]ImageImage

Looks good for your first pulled pork.

The Weber kettle is a great BBQ tool.

Your low and slow on the Weber will get easier as you learn with it.

The Weber kettle will give you "killer" crackling on pork if you ever try!
